Following are the available payment options for Time Doctor subscriptions.
To set up automatic payments, go to Settings > Billing on the Time Doctor web dashboard. To pay via a one-time annual payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are also encouraged to contact us if none of these payment options work for you or if you need an invoice in a local denomination.
NOTE: All plans come with a 14-day free trial. You will be reminded via email if your trial is about to end. This email usually arrives a few days before the trial expires.
Two months of free service will be offered if you pay for one full year (12 months) of Time Doctor in advance. No refunds will be given on yearly prepaid accounts.
Additional users can be added to yearly prepaid accounts later when paid in advance.
1. Credit Card
This is the standard mode of payment for monthly subscriptions.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
2. Debit Card / Prepaid Credit Card
This method works the same as a credit card. Your debit card must have a Visa or MasterCard logo to work.
Please ensure that the funds are readily available on your card before your billing date to avoid any inconveniences. Your account may be suspended if the charge is declined. If this happens, please contact our support team ( email@example.com) for further assistance.
3. PayPal / Skrill
You can set up automatic monthly payments through PayPal, but monthly payments are not an option with Skrill.
4. Wire Transfers / Checks in US Dollars
For annual payments only, we accept payments via wire transfers or a physical check mailed to us in a US dollar denomination. Please contact our support team for more information on how to pay via wire transfer or by postal mail.
