Installing Time Doctor on Linux (Ubuntu)
This is a step-by-step guide on how to install and run the Time Doctor software for the first time on the Ubuntu.
NOTE: You must be logged in to an Xorg session, not Wayland, for the Time Doctor app to work properly.
1. To download, please scroll down to the bottom of the page at: http://www.timedoctor.com/download.html.
2. Locate the downloaded file. Right-click and set the permission for the file to be executed as a program.
3. Be sure that the previous installation has been removed manually before installing the following packages. Run sudo apt-get remove timedoctor
in the terminal to remove the old .deb package from your system.
4. Run the package file.
Time Doctor is now installed.
That is it! You may now run Time Doctor and start working!
