How to Configure OSX Permissions for the Time Doctor Desktop App

With the latest release of OSX (Catalina), Apple has changed the way they handle system permissions for apps. In some cases, you may experience issues with the Time Doctor desktop app taking screenshots and with recording web and app activity.

To make sure that the Time Doctor desktop app works correctly on the latest OSX release, please perform the following steps.

  1. Open System Preferences.
  2. Go to Security & Privacy.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Select Accessibility and check “Time Doctor in the list on the right. (If it's not there, please add it from the Apps folder).
  5. Select Screen Recording and check “Time Doctor in the list on the right.
