Checking What a Team Member Is Working On

While logged into the Time Doctor web dashboard, the users you manage will be listed on the default dashboard landing page. Listed under each user's name will be the task that they are currently working on.

From the Dashboard, you can see their total time worked, current task, and more. On the left-hand side, under the user's name, can be found what they are working on.

NOTE: A user's online status and current task can take up to three minutes to refresh and are dependent on the quality of that user’s internet connection.

The Color-Coded Bars:

1. Green bars mean time recorded using the desktop application.
2. Yellow bars mean manually entered time.
3. Blue bars mean that time was tracked via mobile.
